Reality is sitting in that time sure flies by faster than we think. I feel like just yesterday I found out I was pregnant and Jay was here in a blink of an eye. TODAY SHE IS ONE!! As I am writing this tears are forming in my eyes. Jayla is precious and perfect in every way. I couldn't be more thankful for her. This past year has been full of challenging moments that tested my patience, lots of new learning experiences, days filled with NEVER ENDING LOVE, and a LIFE filled with LAUGHTER and JOY.

Here's to some reasons it's fun for babies to turn one:

~her car seat can face forward (I cheated and started this 3 weeks ago)

~no more formula, just whole milk which means closer to losing those bottles

~she is now officially a toddler (big girl we tell her)

Little Jay we love you more than words can describe. You have amazed us this past year. We love your goofy personality, your never ending smiles, your hugs and kisses you share so often, and your contagious laugh. Happy first birthday beautiful girl!

We also want to wish Lola, Jayla's best friend a happy first birthday. Jenni, I am so lucky to have you in my life. The experiences of being pregnant together and having our beautiful baby girls the same day has been amazing. Thank you for everything you have helped me with along the way. I love watching our Jay-Lo grow together. We love you!!
