Yesterday Jayla took a 4 hour nap. I am lucky if she sleeps for 1 hour (only 1 nap a day). The longest nap she ever took was 2 hours and that has only happened twice. So this was a big shock to us. Normally I would have totally enjoyed this, unfortunately we had so many errands to run, so mean mommy had to disrupt her precious nap. It took me 20 minutes to wake her. I wonder how long she would have slept if I just left her alone?! Here's to hoping the good sleep FINALLY continues!!

You're right- that would have been PERFECT on a day without errands. Go figure.
I think Camden's record is 3.5 hours- but once she drops her a.m. nap, maybe the afternoon one will be longer?
Jayla looks like such a big girl/so LONG in her crib!
She was pretty sneaky, gettin' out the back door like that!?
We don't worry so much, because we had a security door installed when we built our house (back door only opens from handle up high, that most adults can't figure out!)

4 hours huh? what a nice break! does that mean she was up later than usual that night? i get a real good nap like that out of kylee sometimes and it's a nice surprise but then i wanna shoot myself if she's up until 11pm that night! i'm guessing from candis' comment that she was able to get out the back door? uh oh! and the fun begins!!...
haha i love it...she looks so comfy!!....good for u dang i sooooooo wish ree would even do an hour id b so happy lol....she is like eh i dont wnta nap....so frustrating! lol
Isn't that how it goes....you lay her down and you pray that you have time to eat and get ready before she's up. You hurry up to finish then your sitting there hoping shes ok because she has never slept this long!!! Then your constantly looking on the monitor to make sure she's ok!! LOL!! Kids! She is taking a 2 1/2 hr nap so far as we speak... its a miracle its over an hour!! HAHA!!
